Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect next billing window. Your leads, chatbots, and analytics are never removed by a plan change.

Open Settings, find the Calendly section, and click Connect. Once connected, the bot offers your real availability in chat and appointments sync to your Meetings page. Available on Enterprise and Ultimate.

The widget does not set tracking cookies. Visitor identification uses a first-party fingerprint so returning visitors are recognised without advertising cookies, which keeps you inside GDPR rules.

Open Leads and use the CSV export button. You get every captured lead with name, contact, source page, and timestamp. Export is available on every plan.

Both are plan-gated. Analytics unlocks from Pro up, and Reports on Ultimate. The pages stay visible so you can see exactly what an upgrade adds, and the upgrade button goes straight to Billing.
